Delaware County Warrant Records Delaware County Warrant Records

This policy describes the information collected during a visit, the reasons it may be used, and the limited circumstances in which another party may receive it. By using Delaware County Warrant Records, you accept the practices stated here.

Data You Give Us Directly

Search Queries

A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search tool goes directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not retain or log those terms on our systems.

Messages and Contact Submissions

An email or contact submission is retained as needed to answer it. We keep the message within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Data We Gather Automatically

When a page loads, server logs may automatically record these technical details:

  • The IP address assigned to your device
  • Which browser you are using and its version
  • Your device type and operating system
  • The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
  • The site that sent you here, if any
  • Timestamps for each page view

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small device files that help measure how the website is used, including popular pages and exit points. Analytics services combine traffic data for that purpose. Browser controls can block cookies, although disabling them may change how some features work.

What We Do With This Data

  • Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
  • Sending your search requests to the right partner service
  • Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
  • Tracking down and fixing technical issues
  • Showing ads that may line up with your interests

No Warrant Data on File

We do not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant records. Our content identifies how Delaware County court information can be checked through Delaware County Circuit Courts, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Delaware County Sheriff's Office, and Indiana MyCase. Indiana has no statewide public arrest-warrant search. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party records.

Third-Party Search Partners

Outside companies supply the search-box service. Their privacy policies, not this policy, govern data entered there. Because each partner controls its retention and disclosure practices, review its terms before sending a query.

Links to Other Websites

Links to Delaware County offices, Indiana court portals, legal-aid resources, and outside tools take you to another operator. Its privacy policy controls once you leave. Review that policy before supplying personal information.

Some advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites for targeted advertising.

Who Might See Your Data

Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be disclosed to:

  • Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
  • Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
  • Ad networks that place ads on our pages
  • Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it

How We Protect Your Data

Reasonable security practices protect information in our control. No internet system can guarantee perfect security, however, and we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.

Users Under 18

The website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. If we learn that someone under 18 submitted such data, we will remove it.

Your Data Rights

Applicable privacy and consumer-protection law may provide additional rights based on where you live. Indiana's Access to Public Records Act, IC 5-14-3, governs access to records held by public agencies; it does not turn our private visitor data into a Delaware County government record. Subject to applicable law, you can:

  • Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
  • Have us fix information that is wrong
  • Request that we erase your data
  • Opt out of certain kinds of data processing

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this policy as our practices or legal duties change. The current version will appear here with a revised effective date, so review it periodically if you want to track those changes.
