Why We Built This Site
Indiana provides public access to many court records, but Delaware County records still require careful routing. Judges of the Delaware County Circuit Courts issue judicial process. The elected Clerk of the Circuit Court maintains the case file and provides record access, while Delaware County Sheriff's Office serves process and answers operational questions about custody and bond. The current state directory lists Muncie City Court as a separate city-court route, while an official report says Yorktown Town Court was abolished in 2015. MyCase may display a warrant event in a public criminal case, yet Indiana expressly says it is not a warrant search. We bring these limits, contacts, search steps, and request routes together so readers know which official source must confirm the answer.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Indiana court, sheriff's office, or government agency. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this resource. We do not set the provider's charges or decide what its search returns. A partner result is not an official Delaware County warrant check and must be verified with the originating court or Delaware County Sheriff's Office.
